Greetings.

We live in a new day and  age of an ever-changing amoral world.  Everyday, Christians are faced with new
challenges in their lives.  There is an increase of secular influences, turmoil, lack of economic empowerment,
technological changes, mental and spiritual instability in many Christians’ lives.  Challenges such as these have
caused many people to lose hope, lose sight of God, lose sight of their goals, their self-esteem, their identity and
purpose in life.  They are seeking salvation, hope, healing, and wholeness.  Therefore, Christian Education is
essential in the life of every believer in Jesus Christ and in the local church.

The Old and New Testaments place great emphasis on teaching the people of God to make every effort to grow
spiritually and mentally in Jesus Christ.  God commanded Moses to "Gather the people together, men, and women,
and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the
LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law" (KJV- Deuteronomy 31:12).  In the New Testament,
Jesus Christ reminds us that, "…Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the
mouth of God" (KJV - Matthew 4:4).  The bible invites us to "…Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ…" (KJV - II Peter 3:18.)

The Holy Spirit has commissioned Pastoral Resource Ministries (PRM), a ministry birthed under the vision, power,
and direction of the Holy Spirit, to carry on this great teaching emphasis through PRM’s Training Institute.  
PRM's intent is to be a support and help to pastors, faith-based organizations and community leaders as they
attempt to meet ever-increasing training needs of their congregations, staff members and clients.  We consider
ourselves  to be an external arm used by God to support the great work of our leaders.

PRM desires to follow the vision and leading of the Holy Spirit for the purpose of "… perfecting of the saints, for the
work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the
knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ…" (KJV -
Ephesians 4:12-13.)
